One Vendor. Two Options. One Price.

The Dual Fish Vendor is designed for selling fish with separate Male and Female options while using a single shared price.

The vendor automatically detects the product name and available stock for each option.

Set the Price

  1. Click the vendor.

  2. Select Set Price.

  3. Enter the price using numbers only.

Example: 250

The price is automatically applied to both Male and Female products and displayed as L$250.

Check Stock

Select View Stock from the owner menu to see the current quantity of:

  • Male QTY

  • Female QTY

Refresh the Vendor

After adding, removing, or changing stock, select Refresh if the display does not update automatically.

Refresh updates the:

  • Product names

  • Stock quantities

  • Price

  • Display information

Reset the Price

To remove the current price:

  1. Click the vendor.

  2. Select Reset Price.

You can then set a new price using Set Price.

Adding or Changing Products

Place the appropriate Male and Female product objects into their corresponding vendor sections.

The vendor automatically reads the product names and stock quantities.

Product Name Cleanup

Numbers at the end of a product name are automatically removed from the vendor display.

Example:

Blue Tang 583

displays as:

Blue Tang

Customer Purchases

Customers simply click the appropriate button:

MALE BUY
or
FEMALE BUY

They can then purchase the option they want.

Owner Menu

When the vendor owner clicks the vendor, the following options are available:

SET PRICE — Set the shared Male/Female price
REFRESH — Update vendor information
VIEW STOCK — Check Male and Female quantities
RESET PRICE — Remove the current price
CLOSE — Close the menu

Quick Tips

  • Male and Female products always use the same price.

  • Enter prices as numbers only. Do not enter L$.

  • Use Refresh after stock changes if needed.

  • Only the vendor owner can access the management menu.

Known Issue: Female Pink Grubby

There is currently one known issue with this vendor.

The Female Pink Grubby does not work correctly with the Dual Fish Vendor. The vendor gathers fish information from the XS Fishing website, and this particular fish is not being returned correctly. Because the information comes from the external XS Fishing system, this is not something we can fix within the vendor.
